Definitions

The “Seller” is Fax Care Pty Ltd (Trading as Voca Communications)

"OKI Service Centre" refers to Fax Care Pty Ltd Authorised OKI Service Centre 257

"Samsung Service Centre" refers to Fax Care Pty Ltd Authorised Samsung Service Representitives No. 2200802

The  “Customer” refers to the Customer or any person acting on behalf of and with the authority of the Customer.

The  “Goods” refers to the Product(s) supplied by the Seller to the Customer (and where the context so permits shall include any supply of Services as hereinafter defined).

“Services” means all services supplied by the Seller to the Customer and includes any advice or recommendations (and where the context so permits shall include any supply of Goods as defined supra).

 “Price” shall mean the cost of the Goods as agreed between the Seller and the Customer.
